Hotel a West Boise

“It was a big room . So comfy”

“We thought the rooms were clean and comfortable; and we would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Boise. (The only thing I would add for improvement would be that the housekeeping staff would hang up the towels that they replace instead of leaving them on the counter. The hotel is very nice and it think it would make guests feel that the staff completed their job with gladness.) ”

“Our stay was great. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Friendly. Only problem i had was when we arrived and was told it was 100 cash deposit. Did not see anything on the booking about this. After working in the heat all day was a bit upset to have to go drive somewhere to withdraw rhe cash to check in. Great otherwise.”

“Bed was comfy. Heater not working. Thick dust under the bed, head board furnitures are dusty, garbage wasn’t removed from previous guest. Closet door is hard to work and railings need vacuuming Over all the room needs general cleaning. Lastly we didn’t get housekeeping service during our stay. Not staying here again in the future. The building needs updating/ remodel hallway carpet is full of stain and musty smell, dirty, doors needs care. Entrance door needs up keep. Front desk they are helpful...

“This was a pleasant stay. The host was understanding and pleasant to chat with. While it is an older hotel it was quite comfortable for all my needs. I recommend this highly for most travelers. ”
